To everyone who couldn't make to to last nights "San Luis Soap Box", you really missed out!
Kate Byrd brought along her friends, The Haunted Windchimes. They were simply amazing!
During their show CD's were sold and the band was generous enough to donate a portion of each sale to our cause! Thanks to everyone who came out to help with the fundraiser.

Rhonda came and charmed us with a new back up singer and she sounded great, as always.

For all of you south valley people who love to complain that there is nothing to do here without driving to Alamosa---you really need to take me seriously when I invite you to open mic night! The bar raises each month. There is some serious local talent and its nice to get to know there are others in your community with the same interests and passions!-- I never miss it unless I am out of town. Thank you Randy for opening the arts up to us in a venue so near home...giving us a place to come and share, think and be inspired. The weather will NEVER be too bad for me & Madison to make it--please don't stop for the winter!!
